Marion Janner OBE was the founder of Star Wards, which worked with mental health wards to improve everyone's experiences there. Star Wards was based on Marion's own time as a detained inpatient and celebrated and shared all the amazingly creative, therapeutic and sometimes joyously wacky ideas staff and patients produced.

Marion now lives a peaceful life in the Cotswolds with her rescue dogs Skippy and BooBoo. She is developing various projects, including Job Done (to reduce problem of dog fouling in public places) & one to enable people to effectively take their own medication and give their pets their medication properly.​​
